Many extended health benefit plans in Ontario and across Canada cover sessions with a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO). Please check your specific policy to confirm coverage. We provide detailed receipts for each session to help you submit your claims.

Payment is accepted by e-transfer or credit card and is due at the end of each session. While we do not offer direct billing, you will receive a receipt after each session that can be used for insurance reimbursement, depending on your plan.

Your privacy and confidentiality are a top priority. All online sessions are conducted through secure, encrypted platforms that comply with Canadian privacy laws and CRPO standards. Session notes and personal information are securely stored, and nothing is shared without your consent, except in rare circumstances required by law or safety.
